The Front Desk Assistant must have the ability to adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner. We are seeking a high energy individual that can interface with executives, multitask, craft clear communication, support basic analysis and facilitate smooth functioning for these teams. S/he must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with all levels of team members including senior management, understand managers work priorities and manage calendars effectively. S/he will confirm meetings with participants so that minimal conflict or confusion occurs, prepare meeting agendas and packets and reserve conference rooms. S/he will manage facility vendors and ensure that kitchens are stocked with supplies and office is visually clean and professional. S/he will possess a high degree of professionalism as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
The Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and executing quality assurance and control processes, test plans and test cases that verify conformance to defined acceptance criteria and feature design requirements. The right candidate will have the ability to work with the business analyst team, the development team and project managers to ensure that technologies provided for our customers and the business meet technical and functional expectations. The Sr. QA will also be responsible for following QA processes, initiating ideas for new and improved processes, as well as motivating, coaching, and mentoring the non-senior members of the QA team.
